2. Appointment Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- The consultation cannot be provided due to technical or operational issues from our side.
- The appointment is cancelled by SkinVita Wellness Clinic and cannot be rescheduled.
Refunds approved under these circumstances will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Failure to attend the scheduled consultation (“No Show”).
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after receiving professional consultation.
- Failure to follow prescribed recommendations, treatment plans, or diet plans.
- Delay caused by incorrect contact details provided by the client.
- Completed consultation services.
- Personalized diet plans, treatment plans, reports, or recommendations that have already been delivered.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request a reschedule by contacting us at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
5. Technical Issues
If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our side, we may:
- Reschedule the consultation at no additional cost; or
- Provide a full refund where appropriate.
If the issue arises from the client’s internet connection, device, software, or other personal technical limitations, refunds may not be applicable.
6. Diet Plan & Personalized Recommendations
Once a personalized diet plan, consultation report, treatment recommendation, or digital health guidance has been prepared and delivered, the service is considered completed and becomes non-refundable.
7. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate transactions or overpayments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:
- Bank processing times
- Payment gateway policies
- Card issuer procedures

- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
